We ship across the Philippines and to selected countries in Southeast Asia. If your address is outside our delivery area, the checkout will tell you before you pay.
Our minimum order is ₱500. The reason is simple: the first few grams of a parcel cost far more than the rest. Sending one small bracelet costs nearly as much as sending four. Ordering two or three pieces together — or one of our sets — makes the postage worth paying.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the contents of your cart, and shown as its own line before you pay. The full amount — products plus shipping — is what you confirm; nothing is added afterwards.
Shipping is free on orders of ₱800 or more.
We charge postage rather than hiding it in the product prices, because it varies so much: a light pendant and a heavy candle cost very different amounts to send, and Manila is cheaper to reach than Riyadh. Hiding it would mean charging everyone the same average — and charging you three times over for a parcel that only costs a little more than one.
The estimate for your own order is shown at checkout, calculated for your destination and the items in your cart. As a guide, for a small parcel from our main warehouse:

An express courier is available to most destinations in 3–7 days at a considerably higher cost. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, write to us first rather than relying on the estimate.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. They exclude the time needed to prepare your order for dispatch, and they do not account for customs delays, weather or peak-season backlogs.
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, you receive a tracking reference by email. If tracking has not updated for several days, write to us and we will chase it.
For shipments crossing a border, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are set by the authorities there, are not collected by us, and are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.
Please check your delivery details before confirming. Parcels returned or lost because of an incorrect address cannot always be recovered, and re-shipping may incur a new shipping charge.
