We ship across the Philippines and to selected countries in Southeast Asia. If your address is outside our delivery area, the checkout will tell you before you pay.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. The full amount — product total plus shipping — is shown to you before you confirm payment. There are no charges added after that point.
The estimated delivery window for your order is shown at checkout. Estimates are exactly that: they depend on the courier, on the origin of the item, and on conditions outside our control.

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, you receive a tracking reference by email. If tracking has not updated for several days, write to us and we will chase it.
For shipments crossing a border, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are set by the authorities there, are not collected by us, and are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.
Please check your delivery details before confirming. Parcels returned or lost because of an incorrect address cannot always be recovered, and re-shipping may incur a new shipping charge.
